  One strategy women can use in their roles as change agents is building relationships. Women in change roles often feel isolated in male-dominated settings, so creating peer networks, mentorship programs, and professional alliances can help women share strategies, emotional support, and collective knowledge (Nienaber et al., 2023). These connections serve as protective resources that enhance well-being and strengthen leadership effectiveness. Having a sense of community and even representation can be the necessary change in organizations. Another beneficial technique would be to use evidence and storytelling to influence other colleagues. Combining data-driven arguments with authentic stories about personal and collective experiences helps women connect with their peers and gain support for change initiatives (Nienaber et al., 2023).
