Prose Assignment Instructions:

Submit an original creative nonfiction essay that incorporates the elements of craft that we have discussed throughout the course. This could be a personal story or an excerpt from a longer memoir, a personal essay or op-ed, or narrative nonfiction (not about your experiences) such as a review or feature article. You can expand an in-class exercise or journal exercise.

OR

Submit an original short story that incorporates the elements of craft that we have discussed throughout the course. (including a cover page, page numbers, etc.).
