It also provides the viewpoint of someone who researches the main topic within this field: cognitive psychology. This source gives a simple idea of how our brain works. Understanding these steps is very key to knowing how memories function. Then this can assist in discovering methods to enhance memory loss issues at mental health centres as well. It assists us in knowing how our brain operates, including memory. This knowledge will assist in learning more about the connections between memory and mental health. This book's main strength is that it thoroughly examines topics in cognitive psychology. It creates a strong knowledge of how our brains operate and think. It uses real-life situations to explain difficult thinking ideas. This makes it simpler and clearer for people who read. But, it doesn't mention forgetfulness much when discussing mental health. So, we need more assistance to connect theory with real-life uses in our heads. Also, it doesn't discuss using thoughts from the science of mind in mental health treatments directly. This requires further study to link what we find out with practical answers for mind issues linked with memory.
