Apply the  Five Principles of Global Leadership to the company/product you have picked that has been successful with Global Expansion and look at through the lens of the Five Principals.  Look at the company/product you  choose and tell us how they rate on; Integrity, Purpose, Sacrifice, Discipline and Compassion.  I don't expect you to be able to address each principles specifically, you will not have "inside" information on the company and product roll out.  However, you will be able to give a overview based on information you have found in your research, and how you would rate the company in regard to the 5 principles.   Looking for at least 2 pages at at minimum.  No formal case/report format.  Just an overview.
