 Review the article Determinates of service quality influencing customer satisfaction in fitness centers: A systematic review. Then research a fitness center in your area. Look at the hours of operation, programming, equipment, and so on. Identify what you believe they are doing well, and make suggestions based on the users or target population. If the business is floundering but offers great classes and hours, what do you think they are doing wrong?
