· Write a 1–2-page paper that summarizes the strengths you have gained throughout your last 3 practicum courses. Write about how these strengths will help you in your last practicum course. Identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Write about how you will be able to address these opportunities for growth and improvement in your last practicum. Include what you hope to get out of this last practicum and what you will do differently from previous experiences to achieve your new goals. Based on your self-assessment and theory of nursing practice, develop 3–4 new goals and objectives for this practicum experience.
