1.  You use the guidance approach in your pre-K classroom. Imagine a parent comes to you regarding an issue between their child and another child. The parent wants to know how you are punishing the other child so the issue does not happen again. How do you respond to the parent? 

2.  Conflicts will undoubtedly happen within a classroom, and students need to learn how to solve some of these issues independently. What is the teacher’s role in conflict resolution? At what point does a teacher intervene?
