Finances, budgets, resources, human capital, or staffing play an important role in strategic planning for an organization, along with incorporating any change.  

As a leader, understanding the budget and bottom line for revenue/expenses, along with attracting and retaining quality staff in a time of worker shortage, is critical.  

How will you as a leader manage a budget, but still retain quality staff while keeping an eye out for innovative or creative products or technology?
