  Addictions keep people from their true nature, however one chooses to define that. How do we help those afflicted with addictive behaviors? Johann Hari proposes a radical solution. In a 500 word minimum response, describe the effectiveness of his proposed solution. If you feel it won't be effective, describe an alternative. In your response you may include personal observations of those with addictive behaviors. Given the statistics, everyone likely knows an addict or one with a propensity toward addictive behaviors.
