Prompt: Pick an authentic New Mexican dish. Research the history of the dish, including the creation, adaptations, uses (celebrations). Make sure to research the individual ingredients. Was the dish used for comfort, healing, religiously? Take photos of your foray into the kitchen and put together a short presentation for the class.
Note: Not all dishes need cooking, so if you don't have access to a fully stocked kitchen, don't fret.
