5-7 page paper

I need someone to write a 5-7 page paper where you identify how your organization aligns based on the information in the charts.  Two charts:   •Outline Kohl’s Values Americans Live By   •Outline Hofstede’s Value Dimensions    Evaluate any cultural challenges you identify through your reflection on your organization.  Length: 5-7 pages not including title and reference pages.   References: minimum of 3 scholarly resources.
