Read Chapters 3, and 8 in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination.

Describe what constitutes an expert witness such as how they are identified and how they are used in the investigation process and in court. Provide an example of how it may be uncomfortable or difficult for a forensic account to be used as an expert witness. Respond to your classmate’s post by identifying some positives of being an expert witness in their example. How would your skills be useful in that situation?
