410 - Current Event Brief

Current Event Brief & Application- 10%  Week 1 students will select a current event article (within the last 3 months) that includes topics and team theory covered in Week 1- Why Teams and Effective Organizational Support for Teams Use the concepts covered in Week One’s reading and lecture materials- Ch. 1-2. First, synthesize the article then share your view as a leader regarding these problems, and generate solutions using our Ch. 1 & 2 learnings as well as any team scholarly research and theories. Be sure to list your sources on a Reference Page.

(A) submissions will demonstrate understanding and comprehension as well as seek to synthesize, evaluate, and apply the course material. BE CREATIVE and uniquely YOU! You may choose to interview someone connected to the current event topic, use a presentation, write a two-page essay in APA format, or create a video or audio recording to report your findings. Bring in real-world examples that help your audience make connections between theory and reality (what was reported). Also, select a current event that relates to your study major or present work situation for immediate application.

Include a Reference Page and list the hyperlink to your article along w/ our textbook, any scholarly articles or theories you used to apply your article to weekly concepts.
