Let us imagine we are the executives for a corporation.  We have established a vision to be the leader in our market, making and selling our product.  We have noticed a slow decline in demand for our product.  At what point in our 5-year plan should we start looking at change?  How should we go about brainstorming for potential avenues to move our business into?
