1. The Fourth Amendment “protects Americans from illegal search and seizure.” Describe how police may search with or without warrant by using at least three (3) cases in the paper to support your claim. Use facts to back up your thesis. 

The paper must be 3-4 pages typed, 12 font. Use your creativity! You must show research into at least three (3) sources from outside of class. Reference page must be included by following APA style. 

Note: The 14th Amendment must be included in the discussion of this Amendment through the “Selective Incorporation Doctrine.”
