In order for Booz Allen Hamilton to be competitive in the contracting world, they have to attract and retain the most qualified personnel with a high level of integrity.  In their process of on-boarding, it is a phased process to ensure they are hiring not only the highest level of talent but that you fit with their organization's values.  Along with its values, the organization presents a competitive compensation package with full medical, dental, 401 K, and paid time off (Booz Allen Hamilton, 2020).  It is the other little things that you may not see is on their web page is that they give gifts to their employees for years of service.  For example, one employee received a really nice laptop backpack for 10 years of service.  That employee was so excited about that backpack and its usability in commuting to work daily.  They took the time and money to provide her with this roughly $70 backpack but the impression of the organization valuing that member went far beyond the gift.  Booz Allen Hamilton values the whole person concept and ensures that the benefits that fit their employees are the ones they are providing to them.
