 In Level 4 of the project management maturity model, consistent project management practices have become a natural part of each employee’s processes and responsibilities. Now, the organization can work on quality improvement measures to improve the quality of project management and specific products. One way of doing this is to establish various metrics and continuously refine them. Explain why establishing metrics may be helpful for improving project management processes. Then, locate an article discussing an organization’s measurements of project performance. Then, write a paper in which you

• Provide an overview of EVM and how it can be used to measure project performance.
• Describe the reasons for measuring project success, including possible types of performance measures.
• Identify goals and objectives of measurement.
• Identify success factors for measuring performance.
• Explain how to link project measures to organizational objectives.
