Network Maintenance:  

• Describe the network usage policy, including hardware and software  access rights, authentication procedures, and security policies for  internal and Internet portions of the network.  
• Discuss the network backup plan, including scheduling, offsite  storage requirements, and the strategy for overall disaster recovery.
