3 Writing Assignment Journal Article Critique

Current Event Paper Week #3 written Assignment: A topic related to criminal justice that has recently been in the media is attached and explained using the criminal behavior control theory. 

Back up your response with at least one scholarly academic article that is recent (last ten years). This paper meets APA standards. The paper is well organized starting with an introduction and each paragraph flows logically  to the next paragraph. The paper ends with conclusions and recommendations. The paper is at least 4 pages in length.
