3 to 4 page paper with 2 references

The final exam will consist of a writing assessment based on the following question: “What leader do I admire the most and what aspects (if any) of transformational leadership does he or she possess. Your paper should be 3-4 pages long with at least 2 references. APA guidelines should be followed.  This will be due in week 8 of the course. I would like the paper be on Barack Obama but you can write about someone else if that will make it easier. Has to be written as if I am writing it.
