The number of children being repeatedly incarcerated is due to the lack of proper learning programs available to them.

Instructions: 

Part 1: Annotated Bibliography

Collect a minimum of 10 articles for the annotated bibliography and create an outline of the paper with the annotated bibliography to be sure you have enough to move forward. This shall be formatted in APA format. 

Be sure to use credible information. 

Part 2: Rough Draft

Write 5-8 page (not counting the cover, abstract and reference page) research paper in APA format.

This portion does not have to be perfect but should reflect the final paper for part 3. The thesis statement for this paper is provided above. 

Part 3: Final Essay

Complete the term project, which is a 5-8 page (not counting the cover, abstract and reference page) research paper in APA format.

Proofread final paper carefully for spelling, punctuation, missing or duplicated words. Make the effort to ensure that your final paper is clean, tidy, neat, and attractive and is in proper APA format. Be sure to have your final paper ready a day or two before the deadline. This gives you peace of mind and a chance to triple check. Before handing in your assignment for marking, ask yourself: "Is this the VERY BEST that I can do?"
