Provide a 3 page double spaced paper on the following: a written summary of one of the issues (e.g., state finances, accidents, etc, could be one of the issues which you could present to be either in favor or against marijuana legalization) + a rebuttal against one of the other side's potential points (so if you choose pro-marijuana state finances, you would imagine what the con side would say to this, and then provide a rebuttal argument to that).
