3-4 page Criminal Justice research paper

i have a paper due by Nov 6 11:59pm. The topic i decided to go with is serial killers and the criminal justice system. i want it to explain the process that the criminal justice system goes through trying to track down the killer, all the way to how they convict them. basically research the process through details and can use a famous serial killer as an example.
