3.3 Case Study

 Watch the video case study, “Meeting Management Challenges 2” (11 minutes), on the Waggoner library website and respond to the case study. The video gives four scenarios that demand communication in order to resolve differences and bring the team into a productive workforce. Present a real-life scenario from a team you are a part of that reflects similar stories that you have viewed. Be sure to include how your leadership resolved the issue(s). Post your 500-750 word response to the class discussion and then read and respond to the real-life scenarios presented by your classmates.
