Discuss similarities and differences between personality tests and integrity tests.
Student response
Personality tests are tests that test the big five. The big five is extra version, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and openness to experience. Integrity tests are testing honesty and moral character. Personality tests can also dig into their honesty and moral character, but it digs deeper into other characteristics of who this person is as a human being. Integrity tests only test those two things to see what type or moral and honesty they may have but nothing else.
