When an organization is trying to staff their companies, there are many ways to find these employees. The main one is job postings. This can include either a job posting on their website, a job posting site such as indeed, the newspaper, as well as on social media platforms. Sometimes, they will even use recruiters to recruit qualified individuals based on profiles such as LinkedIn. This is the way that employers will find their employees that they want to interview. They will base their judgment calls on a resume that should outline that persons work experience. Organizations can use different assessment methods to weed out the “unqualified” individuals. From there they will conduct their interviews to find their perfect candidate.
