Objectives
1. Analyze and Evaluate: Critically analyze and evaluate the management practices and performance of a selected large corporation.
2. Research and Data Gathering: Collect and interpret information from reliable sources to support your findings.
3. Align with Sustainability Goals: Examine the corporation’s management strategies in light of the UN’s Global Sustainability Goals (SDGs) 2030 and propose strategic realignment.
4. Collaborative Contribution: Document and communicate each group member’s contributions to the assessment.
Structure of the Assessment
1. Group Presentation (25 minutes)
A. Presentation Components (Total: 25 minutes)
1. Introduction o Brief introduction of the selected corporation. o Outline the objectives of the presentation.
2. Management Practices Analysis o Describe the current management practices of the corporation. o Identify and analyze key management strategies used by the corporation. o Discuss any relevant performance metrics and data.
3. Performance Evaluation o Assess the performance of the corporation based on qualitative and
quantitative data. o Compare performance with industry standards or competitors. o Highlight strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT
analysis). 4. Sustainability Alignment
o Discuss the relevance of the UN’s Global Sustainability Goals (SDGs) 2030 to the corporation.
o Identify specific PLCs (Product Life Cycles) that require strategic realignment.
o Justify the necessity for changes in management practices to meet these goals.
5. Conclusions and Recommendations o Summarize key findings. o Present actionable recommendations for management and sustainability
alignment. 6. Q&A Session
o Open the floor for questions from the audience.
2. Individual Report (2500 Words)
A. Report Structure (Total: 2500 words)
1. Title Page o Title of the report. o Names of group members. o Date of submission.
2. Executive Summary (200 words) o A concise summary of the report’s main findings, recommendations, and
conclusions. 3. Introduction (300 words)
o Background of the selected corporation. o Purpose and scope of the report. o Brief overview of the structure of the report.
4. Analysis of Management Practices (600 words) o Detailed examination of current management practices. o Discussion of key management strategies, including leadership, decision-
making processes, and organizational structure. o Use of data and evidence from reliable sources to support the analysis.
5. Performance Evaluation (600 words) o In-depth evaluation of the corporation’s performance metrics (financial and
non-financial). o Comparison with industry benchmarks and competitors. o SWOT analysis highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
threats. 6. Sustainability Alignment (500 words)
o Analysis of how the corporation aligns with the UN’s Global Sustainability Goals (SDGs) 2030.
o Identification of specific PLCs needing strategic realignment. o Justification for changes needed to improve sustainability practices.
7. Conclusions and Recommendations (300 words) o Summary of key findings from the analysis. o Practical recommendations for enhancing management practices and
