Using the SWOT analysis model identified in Chapter 4 to assess an organization to create a strategic plan for crisis management, assess a law enforcement organization in your community  to determine its crisis vulnerability by identifying the organizations Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.  Then express how likely the organization is to experience a crisis and if you believe they are prepared for it.  If they are why do you believe they are, and if not, why not?
