Begin this discussion by reviewing some of the disciplinary actions found at this link: https://www.floridabar.org/news_article_section/disciplinary-actions/.  You can choose any month to review.  Find one that you think sounds interesting and go to this link: https://www.floridabar.org/directories/find-mbr/.  Type the name of the lawyer into the search database, and then open up that attorney's page.  You can then scroll down to "10-Year Discipline History" and find the documents for the disciplinary action under the case number ("Reference").  The Consent Judgment is a good place to start and has a lot of information about the case. 

After reviewing completing your research, post to this discussion board.  Tell your classmates about the action you researched, the ethical codes that were violated, the mitigating or aggravating factors, and the outcome.
