What is Your View?

As Michael Fullan suggests in the quote for this week's Introduction, not everyone in the learning environment will see eye-to-eye during times of change. The Matthew article proposes a point of view that fiercely challenges the inclusion of 21st century skills in school curricula. How would you respond to administrator, families, businesses, and community members who might present these challenges? Consider the "new balance" approach on page 38 of your course text (Fig 2.2), the Learning Environments article, and information presented in Chapters 8 and 9 as you formulate your response.
