200 words for each discussion question. 

1)Make a list of ten reasons why you think a person might be unemployed. How many of your reasons are due to the person’s characteristics or external factors? Do you think you are correct in making your attributions? Why or why not?

2) Jason and Kevin are both salesmen in the mobile phone industry and receive performance reviews on a regular basis. Jason loves these reviews because it makes him a better sales agent. Kevin, on the other hand, does not like to receive negative feedback because it hurts his self-esteem and makes him anxious. Who would be considered more achievement motivated, and why? Discuss in detail.  Also consider and discuss your own achievement motivation.

My own personal achievement can be singing at church alone or in the choir.
