 Public Administrators really need to be committed to workplace diversity, especially since the COVID 19 crisis. To be successful with government operations though having unique talents as part of your team. Each member of the team can contribute different aspects, different conclusions to certain problems. Looking outside the box is a term that we use to find a different solution to the problem, when you have a workforce diversity you can accomplish that. With COVID 19 this is a little difficult due to staff working remotely. A good diverse workforce needs to be face to face to identify those problems and conclusions.
