 a 250-500 word assessment of what went wrong at UOPX, how the incident was handled by technical and non-technical staffs, how it should've been handled, and what you learned from the issue in the scope or our class.  Items to mention could include BCP/DRP, failover, fault tolerance, and incident response and management (to include stakeholder communications).
