Write an essay (750- words) describing which psychological  theories play key roles in determining employee job satisfaction.  Include the following elements:

1. Compare and contrast the psychological theories to determine which one would be most effective in improving employee motivation.
2. Describe how you, as a manager, would measure these variables with respect to your employees.
3. As a manager, what steps would you take, other than economic steps, to improve employee satisfaction?

Write a clear, direct answer to each part of the assignment. You  should include at least three to four scholarly resources in your  research.
