2 page assessment (PRO DAN)

I need someone to do a 2 page assessment. Review the learning materials that is listed under attachment,  and create a plan for completing a family violence assessment. Include an 1)introduction 2)setting considerations 3) who will be involved in the assessment 4) questions you will ask of each involved party, additional information you will seek about the involved parties, risk assessment information you will seek, and any other pertinent information you wish to add to a thorough assessment.
