I have a technical report.

It is Graduation report . 

the I need a literature review of the design of a voice activated ,and DC motor will be used to move the wheelchair.

It should contain the technical  history of wheel chairs, Standards of wheel chairs, It should depends on the mechanical  approach and how to design a voice activated and DC motor wheel chair.

 the sources of in formation must be in Harvard reference.

the report must be in  office word.
