• Question 1: Select one lesson from Chapter 2 that you find especially interesting and that will make you a better colleague.
  • Briefly describe that lesson and why it is important. Don't forget to include the page citation like (Bauer and Erdogan, 143). Bauer and Erdogan are the authors of our textbook!
  • Explain how you will apply that lesson to yourself in your current or future organization, and
  • Explain how those efforts will make you a better and more effective colleague.
