2 business law cause analysis due in 5 hours

I have attached two screen shots. Each one is for a different assignment. My last name starts was an M so for each do the assignment with the first letter of my lastname. I will provide the text book through Chegg once I accept the bid.I need each of the 2 assignments to be separate. Each assignment has to be at least a page and a half long.
