Write a 600-800 word essay in which you describe a destructive conflict with which you are familiar. As you describe the conflict, identify as many of the nine stages of escalating conflict as is relevant to the story. Finally, address the perceived usefulness of understanding the stages of conflict escalation. What insights about the conflict were revealed to you after applying Glasl's stages of conflict escalation?
