2-3 page summary for Philosophy

I need a 2-3 page summary on this paper. It was due tonight at 1159 pm but the person I paid to get it done did not do it. Now I am in a bind, as I gave it to them 3 days ago.. paper is attached. Can anyone help. Needs to be in MLA format.
