Summarize the complaint using the four elements of a complaint identified in the text. Upload both the complaint in pdf format and your summary in Microsoft Word in the assignment link.

Elements of a complaint
1. Identifies the plaintiffs and defendants in the lawsuit,
and describes their status and capacity to sue and be
sued
2. Contains a statement showing that the court in which it
is filed has proper jurisdiction and venue
3. Describes the factual basis for the lawsuit
4. Requests or demands some relief from the court
