19 and 20th century

In the 19th and 20th centuries they flourished, Go on line and find the gist of 1984 and see why many think it is gradually coming true now.  And consider the wide-ranging change of attitude from the Utopian Socialists’ optimism and the deep pessimism of Orwell. Two of the most perceptive were Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World (1931) and George Orwell’s1984 (1949).  state what you think the most telling and most accurate insight about society that Orwell has in 1984.  Be sure to illustrate with examples from Orwell and comparisons to Mill and his idea that we could determine the society in which we live.  What does Orwell say about the results of that idea?
