Technology is a beautiful thing. Technology makes every business an international organization in some respects. This opens up all kinds of networks from being able to get different kinds of goods to distribution of your business goods all over the world. There is only one setback to all international organization's. That is now you have to compete with everyone around the world and customers from every aspect. For example not only do you compete business in your local area or region, now you compete with local, regional, internationally, and globally with all other businesses selling like products. This can also make your business harder. Overall if your a business savvy person technology can also help you advance quicker. Technology introduces you to international connections instantly at the touch of a button.  You can make deals and communicate everywhere at an instant. Even if you only do direct business internationally your also doing business globally in a way. Goods from suppliers come from all around the world. Technology makes them and anything else readily  available. Not only goods are readily available the ability to start a business in another location and succeed is more easily managed.  Management and communication is so easily communicated now without distance limitations.

It is so amazing to see how much technology has developed over the decades. Technology has really allowed organizations of different sizes to flourish in so many ways. Online shopping is huge for many organizations and honestly its very convenient and attractive for consumers who have busy lives. Amazon is a brand that is known to consumers all over the world. Amazon is one of those organizations that has benefited tremendously from technology over the years but with that they have faced some challenges. One of the challenges that amazon faces due to it being exclusively an online organization is consumer returns and refunds. With an organization that is solely online, you will have a number of returns because individuals aren’t able to try on the items or see them in person before purchasing them. A while back Amazon stated that customers who “returned too many items” would be banned. Some customers even said that they experienced their accounts being deactivated for returning too many items and creating a headache for Amazon. If banning customers became apart of Amazon, this would take a tremendous toll on Amazon’s success. Over the years Amazon has been lauded for putting the customer first and they’ve made it incredibly easy for any consumer to shop at their convenience and get they products they need quickly. With technology making it so easy for consumers to shop on Amazon, it has also made it extremely easy for consumers to return items quickly. I’m pretty sure that some consumers return items that they’ve worn or gently used trying to get a refund as if it’s being returned new. These types of consumers make it hard for individuals who may have brought the wrong size and no kidding just want to exchange or receive a refund for the item that is still in new condition. Personally, I can see how this could be very frustrating to Amazon and I hope that they find a policy that does not affect the consumers that are following the rules.
