· Question 1: Select one lesson from Chapter 13 that you find especially interesting and that will make you a better colleague.

o Briefly describe that lesson and why it is important. Don't forget to include the page citation like (Bauer and Erdogan, 143).

o Explain how you will apply that lesson to yourself in your current or future organization, and

o Explain how those efforts will make you a better and more effective colleague.

· Question 2: Select a different lesson from Chapter 13 that will make you a better leader.

o Briefly describe that lesson and why it is important. Don't forget to include the page citation like (Bauer and Erdogan, 159).

o Explain how you will apply that lesson to yourself in your current or future organization, and

o Explain how those efforts will make you a better and more effective leader.
