BLUES LYRICS PROJECT

Compose four verses of lyrics to fit a traditional 12-Bar Blues form. You will need to turn in a hard-copy (12-point, Times New Roman font). 

This is meant to be a fun project. The lyrics could speak to your personal story, someone else’s story, or tell a completely fictional one. The choice is yours.

RUBRIC FOR GRADING: 

Full points will be earned if the lyrics conform to a standard blues form arrangement, make sense, rhyme, have some discernible level of sincerity/authenticity as an expression of the Blues style.
