If a person continues to try to achieve something, even after they have not achieved that something the first or second or even third time around, is their lack of achievement failure? Why or why not? Have you ever tried something multiple times and still failed? How did you handle it? Were there situational issues, luck, or other outside factors involved? How do those external factors affect your ability to keep trying? Are mistakes the same things as failures?
