Describe whether you met or did not meet the goals/objectives in your agency
learning agreement and include the results from your evaluation.
During my field education experience at Recovery Unlimited, I feel as though was able to
meet everything on my learning agreement. I think this is because of my past experiences during
field I and field II as well as my experiences from the place of employment, I was able to
incorporate those experiences while completing my assigned task during field III, which made
understanding and completing tasks a lot easier. The nine different social work core
competencies on my learning agreement that I was required and expected to meet were:
1. Demonstrate Ethical and Professional Behavior
2. Engage Diversity and Difference in Practice
3. Advance Human Rights and Social, Economic, and Environmental Justice
4. Engage in Practice-Informed Research and Research-Informed Practice
5. Engage in Policy-Practice
6. Engage with Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities
7. Assess Individual, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities
8. Intervene with Individuals, Families, Groups, Communities, and Organizations
9. Evaluate Practice with Individuals, Families, Groups, Organizations, and Communities.
Compare your learning understanding and your assessment to fundamentally
consider how the two are perfect and how you may move toward finishing the learning
