Assessing Group Process II
Often times the dynamics of a group tends to change once the group has been formed. These
changes are more obvious to note during the initial stages of the group’s formation. It was

cohesion, as well as influence can assist with indicating the group's need for intervention. The
roles that are assumed by each group member can also give an idea of the health of the group as
a whole.
