Attitude Having a good positive attitude helps me grow in a workplace, for
if I do not have a good attitude people around me will feel
uncomfortable and they will not want me to take care of them. I do
not want to resist change; I know I cannot improve without change.
Having a good attitude can make a difference in the workplace, help
open doors, and help me overcome great obstacles.
Positive thinking Positive thinking helps me feel calm, focused, and in control of what
needs to be done. When thinking positively good things happen to
attract good vibes in the workplace. You are more sociable,
outgoing, and talkative; people feel more comfortable when you
make them feel comfortable by speaking to them.

The OCEAN is especially important when it comes to my family
and personal relationships; for each trait helps our relationships to
grow to be strong between the people I am involved with. Openness
is a good trait involved for both my family and personal
relationships. Learning new things together and thinking out the box
to help grow together is healthy. Instead of going on a long outing I
would rather have a family night, date night, or just have a small
group gathering if not comfortable with large groups.
Strengths Taking care of my family during a crisis of becoming homeless;
not thinking twice to just do what is needed to us a roof over our
head, food in our stomach and clothes on our back is a family effect
we all have to make now by building each other up to be successful
in our career is not become homeless again.
A good relationship lasts when there is honest communication, and
you help build on each other's strength to make each other a better
person for one another and build as one to build a life together as
one.

Mindfulness Being mindful will help me learn the ability to cope with
challenges; except the feedback of what is needed to do better.
Mindfulness can help with transition times from one class to another
each marking period, for each teacher is different than the next. I
want to not have trouble shifting my focus that can disrupt me from
my studies.
Self-discipline Self-discipline helps me to set goals; keep myself on point of my
goals and strive for more after I complete the first goal I complete.
Developing my self-awareness helps me to believe in my willpower
to succeed and strive hard to keep my grades going as well as my
attendance too get high grades.
Reflect on Your Learning
The most important psychological concept for success in my life is resilience.
Resilience helped me grow and success in many different areas of my life. I
had to learn to bounce back from setbacks and failures without taking things
personally. It is about not letting things that were out of my control not stop
me from doing what I wanted to do. Most importantly, it helped me protect
myself from mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety. I had
to learn to resilience from seeking counseling, it helped me deal with things
that increase my mental health conditions. Resilience helped me cope with a
lot of bullying and trauma situations that brought on PTSD.
