Upon completing my self-assessment I do in fact believe I have the emotional
intelligence be a successful leader. I think part of being a to successful leader is
being able to pick up on emotions changing and different personalities, although this
is to two things on a list long of skills it's important have some of these features
as being a leader involves having self-awareness of others. time of being In my in
a work place I have many leaders who fail have emotional intelligence a so to as
skill. Many of current leaders I have team really lack some of these my on my
skills like having empathy and self-awareness for others feelings. These skills are
extremely portable as you can take it to many different careers. After doing my self-
assessment I believe that I would be able to be a successful leader in the future. I
would know how to be emotionally connected to my employees I would take there
concerns and feelings into consideration. There are a lot of big companies that are
out there that do not care about how their employees are treated all they care about
is to my is the money. I was If ever start own business that something no one
would ever have to worry about. At my last job the managers were not very good
at all. They always said they were there you needed anything and they would if
always help if you needed them to but when the time came, they were never there
and they did not care if the store was ready when it was time to open. There were
many times when I would go them and tell them that I needed help because I to
had much do that section would not be ready and they would so to my in time
just say ok do what you can. When I would ask for them send someone over to
to help, they always said they didn’t have anyone. When other workers would ask,
they always had someone available send over the managers had to favorites and
only wanted help them. I believe that the skills be a to to leader are very
